Hamilton Salaried Plan Members will receive two T4A Pension Income Tax Slips for 2021.

REMINDER: The July 30, 2021 letter to retirees, mailed to HSP Plan Members by LifeWorks included the following statement regarding your T4A tax slips for 2021:  

You will receive two tax slips for 2021. One slip will be issued by LifeWorks showing your pension income from January to August 2021, and one slip will be issued by Canada Life showing your pension income from September to December 2021.

The 2021 T4As will be mailed out before February 28^th.

SSPO suggests, if you have not received both slips in the mail by the end of the first week in March 2022, then please contact the party responsible for issuing it.
