IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING A 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Due to the continuing Provincial state of emergency and the social distancing mandate arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the SSPO Board of Directors cannot schedule an Annual Membership Meeting for 2021. In lieu of a membership meeting, a detailed 2020/2021 report detailing the Financials, Pension Status/Solvency/Windup, PAC activities, PDFT activities, and ELHT status will be provided to members via the 2021 Annual November Newsletter.

A mail-in ballot will be provided to Members complete with a postage prepaid envelope for return of your marked ballot.

The Board thanks you for you continuing patience in this matter, and hopefully come 2022 conditions will allow for a resumption of the Annual October AGM.

The 2022 Annual Membership fee will remain at $30 and is due on December 31, 2021. Payment options can be found on the Home Page of the SSPO Website. For convenience, your completed 2021 Membership Renewal Form and cheque may be included with your mail-in ballot.
